Open Play
Friendly social play for those who know how to play American Mahjong.
All tiles, racks, and playing materials are provided—just bring your current NMJL card! This is Open Play, not a lesson, so you should feel comfortable playing independently. All playing levels are welcome, just let Amy know your level when signing up so you are placed at the appropriate table.

This guided-play session is designed for newer players who know the basics but would like extra practice choosing hands, navigating the Charleston, making exposures, and developing game strategy—with Amy available throughout play to answer questions and offer guidance.
